Welcome to North–East Tech Conclave


   Research and Development (R&D) is the key component for holistic growth of any country, especially for a developing country like India. The collaborative efforts of all states of India help for exponential growth of our nation. This region hosts the exotic beauty of natural resources with enchanting opportunities and perspectives simultaneously it carries challenges also. The local indigenous technologies and innovations, creating the scope and laying the foundation for entrepreneurship making the North East to achieve a prominent position in the global platform.

   DST TEC-RGU is trying to develop a common platform for the human resources to exchange their research, innovation and business ideas for the exponential developmental growth of the North–East region. This center aims to agglomerate a vast talent pool, for promotion of Translational Research which is the key component to solve real-life problems.

   This conclave will be held on the sprawling campus of Rajiv Gandhi University, Arunachal Pradesh, which is also known as the land of rising sun.

Mission of the proposed Conclave

• This conclave will offer a splendid platform to the vast community with inventors, develpoers, stakeholders, industrialist, researchers, students and any science loving persons to showcase and promulgate their work in various domains globally. This three day conclave aims to assist the innovators by garnering the resources and network indispensable for their success.


• To showcase the best R&D activities from all college/ University/ Centre/ Institutions Labs/ Industries students, research scholars and any individuals with passion for technology, business and entrepreneurship. They will share their innovative ideas on real world research and product development problems, technology development and applications in recent advances in Science and Technology. To create a common research interface for interaction of academia and industry in globally.


• To create an environment, conducive to development of local indigenous technologies and innovations, creating the scope and laying the foundation for entrepreneurship.


• To agglomerate a vast talent pool, for promotion of Translational Research.


• To help the country achieve the deliverables of tribal development goals.
