1. Use the main menu to browse university information. On a phone, open the menu icon to see the available sections and submenus.
2. Visit the Sitemap for an overview of the website and direct links to its pages.
3. Select the university logo to return to the home page. The Help link in the footer brings you back to this guide.

Main menu sections: Home, About Us, Faculty, Academics, Institutes and Centres, Cells, Happenings, Facilities, Admissions, NAAC SSR, E-services

Enter a keyword of at least two characters in the website search and press Enter. On a phone, select the search icon first. You can also search from this page.

Try a course name, department, notice title or subject. If there are no results, check the spelling or use fewer words.

Select a document title or download link to open or save the file. If it opens in your browser, use the document viewer's download control to save a copy. Saved files are usually available in your device's Downloads folder.

Opening common document formats

File type	How to open it
PDF (.pdf)	Use your browser's PDF viewer, if available, or a PDF reader installed on your device.
Word documents (.doc, .docx)	Use a word processor that supports the file format.
Spreadsheets (.xls, .xlsx, .csv)	Use a compatible spreadsheet application.
Presentations (.ppt, .pptx)	Use a compatible presentation application.
Images, audio and video	Use your browser or a compatible image viewer or media player.

If a file will not open or is difficult to read, use Contact Us to request assistance. Include the page address and document title.

• Use Tab and Shift + Tab to move between links and controls, and Enter to follow a link. On this Help page, Enter or Space expands and closes a topic.
• Use your browser's zoom controls to enlarge the page. The website's accessibility controls provide additional reading options.
• Use the language selector to choose a language. If translated text is unclear, return to English and contact the relevant university office for clarification.
• When using a screen reader, navigate by headings, links or landmarks to find the information you need.

Visit E-Services to choose a service category, or browse all online services. Follow the instructions on the selected service's page for eligibility, documents, fees and submission steps, where applicable.

Some services open on a separate website and may require a login. If a leaving-website message appears, choose Okay to continue or Cancel to stay on the RGU website.

For application or service enquiries, use the contact details given on that service's page.

Use the Contact Us directory to find the appropriate university office for your enquiry or feedback.

When reporting a website problem, include the page address, what you were trying to do, and any error message. Your device and browser name can help the team understand the problem.
