Content Review Policy

Rajiv Gandhi University shall review website content to keep information accurate, relevant and current.
Each department or office shall remain responsible for the content it supplies. The Web Information Manager shall coordinate reviews and follow up on overdue corrections.

| Acts, Ordinances, Regulations and institutional reports | Annually and whenever an amendment or replacement is issued |
Reviews shall check dates, links, contact details, document versions, language accuracy, accessibility and the continued relevance of published information.
Each review shall record the page or document, reviewer, review date, findings, action taken and next review date.
Errors affecting deadlines, eligibility, payments or access to services shall receive priority. Superseded content shall be clearly identified or archived. Original official documents shall not be silently altered; corrections shall preserve the relevant version history.
