Website Monitoring Plan

Rajiv Gandhi University shall monitor its website to identify service failures, inaccurate information, accessibility barriers and unauthorised changes.
The Web Information Manager shall coordinate monitoring. The authorised technical team shall investigate technical issues, while the relevant departments shall resolve content-related issues.

Each finding shall record the affected page or service, date, severity, responsible person, corrective action and verification result.
Suspected compromise, exposure of personal information or complete service failure shall be escalated immediately under the Contingency Management Plan.
The Web Information Manager shall review a monthly summary of unresolved issues and completed actions. Monitoring records shall be retained under the approved records schedule.
