Dr. Samikhya Bhuyan is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Soil Science and Agricultural Chemistry at Rajiv Gandhi University, Arunachal Pradesh. She holds Ph.D. in Soil Science from Assam Agricultural University, Jorhat. Her research interests include soil physics, precision soil quality assessment, soil microbiology, and sustainable soil management. She has published research papers and book chapters, co-authored academic books, and contributed to agricultural innovation through two design patents. She is a recipient of the Dr. A. K. Srivastava Young Scientist Award (2024) and the Best Teacher Award (2023). Her research aims to promote sustainable agriculture and soil resource management in Northeast India.
