Dr. Sushant Kumar Nayak is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Education at Rajiv Gandhi University, Arunachal Pradesh, with over 12 years of teaching and research experience across undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral programs. He holds an M.Sc., M.Ed., and a Ph.D. in Education, alongside qualifying for the UGC-NET with Junior Research Fellowship (JRF). Recognizing his leadership in pedagogy, he was selected as a National Mentor by the National Mission for Mentoring (NMM) under NCTE, New Delhi. Dr. Nayak’s scholarly output includes 27 research papers in reputed journals, over 35 conference presentations, and 5 authored books on the Indian Knowledge System (IKS). A frequent resource person for faculty development and academic training programs, his core research and teaching interests span Science Education, Educational Technology, Educational Psychology, and Educational Research. He is an active member of several professional bodies, including IATE, AIAER, GERA, and the Odisha Bigyan Academy.
