Dr. Devi Baruah is an Associate Professor in the Department of Commerce at Rajiv Gandhi University, Arunachal Pradesh, where she has taught since 2005. She holds a Ph.D. from Rajiv Gandhi University and ranked 3rd in both graduation and post-graduation at Gauhati University. Her research centers on FinTech adoption, financial literacy, consumer behaviour, and MSME finance, with over a dozen peer-reviewed publications and multiple Best Paper awards at national and international conferences. She currently supervises six Ph.D. scholars and has served as Co-Consultant on several government-sponsored research projects. She is a Life Member of the All India Commerce Association.
