1. Invitations are sent to companies through email along with response sheets enquiring about the recruitment details. A soft copy of placement brochure is also sent with the mail.
  2. The company fills the response sheet and sends it by e-mail to the placement cell, RGU. The job Announcement is being sent by the company to placement cell.
  3. Once the details about the vacancies are received, mutually a convenient date is fixed for campus recruitment.
  4. Once date is fixed, the announcement letter of campus recruitment is circulated to the students through mail, by broadcasting on RGU website & notice sent to the departments to display on the notice board.
  5. Thereafter, the travel plans are obtained from the company. The accommodations and necessary logistic support are given for the recruitment process.
  6. Subsequently, the candidates are shortlisted for the placement drive.
  7. Recruitment process starts with written test / group discussion / presentation / interview, etc.
  8. The offers are made by the company to the successful candidates for appointment.
  9. The students may accept the offer letter and sign it and sent it to the company through placement cell, RGU.
