The faculty of agriculture was established in the year 2020 with the sole objective of training the undergraduates and post-graduate students of agriculture. These students are expected to eventually be torchbearers to enhance agricultural growth and support the agricultural and rural community. Presently, we have intake capacity of 20 Students in B.Sc. (Agriculture) Course and 10 students, each in M.Sc. (Agriculture) courses in the discipline of Agricultural economics, Agronomy and Entomology. The curriculum and syllabi of all degree programmes are updated, and implemented as per the ICAR-Vth Deans’ Committee recommendation.
